Steps on how to request customization:

Select your favorite design.
Select the color pattern option.
Place your order.
Send us a message on Instagram with a screenshot showing your order confirmation and (most importantly) your order number. Include in your message what colors you’d like and how you’d like them displayed.

For example, if you select the “50/50” color pattern and you want black and blue, tell us “I want black on top and blue on the bottom.”

Important Notice

Each tumbler is handcrafted with care, and we are continuously working on custom orders. To ensure we can fulfill your request, an Instagram DM is required. Orders placed without prior communication will NOT be processed.

We will collaborate with you to design your custom cup and provide a proof for your approval. Once approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping. Before shipment, we conduct a thorough quality inspection, but please note that any damage sustained during transit is beyond our control. If your cup arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for reporting guidelines.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for orders that were not fulfilled due to lack of Instagram communication.
No refunds will be issued for good damaged in transit.

If your cup arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (per tracking details) with proof of the damage. We will offer ONE complimentary remake for verified shipping damage.

Reports submitted after the 48-hour window will NOT qualify for a replacement.
